  • The purpose of this role is to oversee and curate the visual art and media of Horizon Church, including but not limited to graphic design, photography and video.

    Responsible for setting the aesthetic direction and artistic philosophy for Horizon, remaining responsible for the look and feel of creative content and maintaining all Horizon branding.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage and run behind the scenes production for weekend, midweek and special services.
    • Maintain all A/V equipment in conjunction with A1.
    • Coordinate with Worship Director for online and in person weekend worship experiences.
    • Help coordinate construction of all stage and lighting designs.
    • Schedule, manage and care for the production team staff and volunteers.

    Must have a working knowledge in

    • DMX lighting
    • Live sound reinforcement
    • Studio sound recording
    • Video and camera concepts

    Must be familiar with or able to quickly learn the following programs

    • Ableton live
    • ProPresenter
    • Planning Center

    The following items will be taken as a plus

    • Ability to play an instrument/sing
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Lightkey

    A degree or comparable experience in A/V and live production required

  • Supports church and school operations through maintenance, repair and building improvements under the supervision of the Facilities Manager.
