The role of the Children’s Ministry Coordinator is to support

The Music Director provides musical leadership, preparation, and development for Horizon Church’s worship ministry, ensuring weekend services, Young Adults, Youth, and special events are musically prepared and executed with excellence. This role works closely with the Worship
Pastor to translate creative and ministry vision into clear musical direction while recruiting, training, and developing musicians across generations.
A primary focus of this position is building a healthy and sustainable worship-team pipeline by intentionally investing in musicians, developing future leaders and Music Directors, and creating opportunities for Youth and Young Adult musicians to grow into greater levels of ministry and
leadership.
As a member of the broader Worship & Production team, the Music Director also contributes to the practical preparation and execution of services and events, including stage setup, stage builds, load-ins, load-outs, equipment preparation, and teardown.

The Production & Media Coordinator utilizes a strong working knowledge of live production, cameras, video systems, and visual media to help Horizon Church create purposeful, well-planned, and proficiently executed services, events, and digital content. This role serves as a key leader within the production team, with primary responsibility for the production control room, camera systems, video directing and switching, and visual media while supporting ProPresenter, lighting, audio, photography, video production, and social media content.
The Production & Media Coordinator works closely with the Worship & Creative Pastor, Audio & Production Director, staff, and volunteers to ensure weekend services and events are executed with excellence while recruiting, training, and developing a strong team of production volunteers.
